Everything I have read and most knowledgeable people I have talked to say any toyotas are stellar.  Is there a year cutoff.  Is this one not worth the money or is it tough to get a decent wake out of this boat?

Don't know much about the 21s. The V- and D-drive 22's have a real fun wake but are a bit underpowered compared to a good 5.7L. It's worth it at the pump, though and in terms of refinement, smoothness and sound. The fit and finish is second to none.
