Back Seat Back Removal?

I have a 99 21 that would like to take the back of the back seat out this winter and have it repaired.  Anyone have experience taking that big thing out???

but there are two types of securing all seats. 1. Is a thru bolt to the seat, or a screw
2. Is a slide down clip mounted to fiberglass, to a rectangle cutout on the back of the seat . So lift and pull .
