not factory They would have used starboard plastic and stainless screws and done something that looked not much better than that but not like that. If you look at other boats built during that timeframe, (Maliboo, Masterturd, Nautiques, Stupras, Moombassa, Teeegay they use the same construction techniques and often the same people.
Notice there's one exception to my ridicule, they are tiny inside like boats for GI Joes or something. But, they are nice. Pricey but really the only other choice if your Epic ever croaks. But, it won't. Not ever. So not really a choice after all.
