Here’s the kit I used. https://www.amazon.com/Aisin-TKT-021-Engine-Timing-Water/dp/B008EEYWKI/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1540067398&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=tkt-021&dpPl=1&dpID=41f%2B1INkbpL&ref=plSrch

It has everything you need and it’s Aisin,so it’s good stuff. I do happen to have a timing belt and water pump that I purchased from the dealer we bought the boat from when boat was new in 2000. The reason I didn’t use it is because it didn’t have the idler pulleys or tensioner, so I used the Aisin kit instead. Unfortunately dealer wouldn’t let me return belt and water pump, so I just have them in a box in my garage. Make me an offer if you want them.

Here's a thread on changing the belt that I started, detailing how it went for me last winter. The videos linked were super helpful for me. Good luck.

I used the Aisin kit from Rock Auto that included the water pump, tensioner, idler pulleys etc and was happy with it , going strong 5 years later.

I also did this kit. Worked really good and was pretty simple once you figure out how to get the water pump out, and putting the right bolts back where they are supposed to go.. I did the bump start method to break free the camshaft pulley nut. It worked good and the pulley came off with just a few taps with a rubber mallet. Started it up after turning with a wrench and it purred.. The belt I took off looked just as good as the new one, but I know I was on borrowed time. Bart

Just did mine with the Aisin kit from Rock Auto. Went very well, but took me about 7-8 hours going slow and staying organized. It was actually one of the smoother car/boat maintenance projects I've done. After opening it up, I found that my water pump was leaking. Belt was good - no cracks, but starting to fray on edges. I made a tool to hold the crank out of a 2x4 and cracked it loose with a breaker bar. This worked well to torque the bolt back on later.

I checked out a lot of videos, but liked this one best because it has the engine out of the vehicle making everything easy to see:
