I have a specially made heavy duty trick release by Masterline specifically for an Epic tow post. Only used one afternoon for disabled ski clinic. Works very well and doesn't snag the rope. Use only as directed. There are none like it at their website, but they advertise a release for $269. I will sell it to an epic owner for only $150. USPS, 3 lbs, approximately $5.00 shipping.
