Where should I plug in my new AMP on my E22
« on: June 25, 2007, 02:35:31 am »
Where is the best place to plug in my Amp on my E22? The only terminal strip I can find is shown in the picture attached. I don't have a heater or ballast...can I plug into one of these? If I should be looking somewhere else for power, please point me in the right direction. Thanks!

I ran my power and ground right off the batery in my 99 e21 like you would in a car. That was quik and easy, you might have to buy new bat terminals that have a bolt and wing nut coming off of it if it does not have one allready.

Thanks, I'm going to be running speaker wires anyway, so I might as well run some to the battery.

I mounted my amp in a place where it would not get wet and drilled threw the floor for my positive and negative. I suppose I could of ran the wire different but drilling threw the floor was much easier and it still looks pro.

What part of the floor did you drill through?
