Shawn,
I've got to go to the boat dealer anyway, I'll go poke around ATL Marine and see if they have any left. If I were you, I would definitely call Ski Masters in Kenmore, Wash. They have gobs of stuff lying around. They might have one of either type.

You could try Phil Dill in Texas too, I think they sold a lot of boats.

I think the standard windshield mount bimini (NO straps!) fits under the factory tower. I took mine off when I got the tower, so I can't be sure about that. There may be pics on this site somewhere of one with the bimini up.

The blue factory bimini fits my 1999 Epic 22' with tower no problem.  You can even ski with the bimini up!

I have never seen any other style bimini other that the tramp style.  Any one have pics of the the other style?  Does it connect to the the tower or the boat?

This will be my next top.

These pictures aren't a very good representation but the ones I've seen are clean, out of the way and give good coverage.

This is a picture of my aftermarket top. I have been very happy with it even though I don't think I have it positioned right. (I am supposed to be able to easliy fold and boot it but I can't - maybe next year!) I got it from towerbiminis.com. Nice folks-

Breakawaydaze took the hi res picture that shows incredible detail. I reduced it considerably to post but can PM or email if you want.

Thanks.

This is Lake Hartwell, on the Georgia/South Carolina border. The lake level was about 5 ft down at the time the picture was taken and it was raining, so you're not seeing the real beauty of the lake. Even though it is the 2nd largest man-made lake in the U.S., it is very underutilized. On any given weekday morning, the water is like glass even in the large, wide open areas.

This is a picture of my after market bimini I just had put on my boat. After months of searching this is the best option I have found and the best part is you can walk under it without hitting your head.

Dang, Hoffy.  That is a beautiful SX...  Who made the bimini and what did it cost?

Great looking bimini.

I like the way you replaced the 00-01 decals with 02.  Very nice look!

Thanks.

Tower biminis in San Martin,CA made the bimini. I paid $950 with stainless steel fittings and the stripes. He should be able to make another like it, because I took my boat to him and he measured it. If you want any more pics with greater detail I have some.
