Is the card all that is needed or does it plug into something like a reader?

Is this like a scan tool or something? Sorry but I don;t understand what this is or what it would be used for. Maybe I'm the only one.

Im assuming its the vetronix card mentioned in the parts bulletins. you need a mastertech scanner to use it.

How much are you asking for the card?
