Looking for an Epic to buy

I am looking to buy an Epic with low hours (under 100) in great condition - for under $30,000 - It would be great if the boat were in Florida or somewhere close. Perfect pass and a ballast are a plus!

I wouldn't worry so much about hours, these engines do 3000 hours routinely. 200 before the first oil change!
