I forgot my camera at the 2nd Annual Great Southeastern Epic Roundup but some of you sharper knives didn't. I never saw pics posted (or did I miss something???). It is cold and I need a shot of summer memories to carry me through-

I have a few but they are too large  all over 1.25MB in size. How do I resize them???

I've got pics, I have to finish resizing them as well. I'll try to get them up in the next coupla days.

Open the picture, right click on it, select Edit. MS Paint will open with the pic in it. Select Image, Stretch Skew, and change the Horizontal and Vertical to a smaller value (less than 100%) Save it. If you save it as a GIF, it will be much smaller.

Breakawaydaze sent the attached picture. (He actually emailed many more but the files are large so I am taking a shot at resizing this one first).

The lake is 5 feet below full pool in this picture and bottomed out 4 feet lower just before Christmas. It is on the way back up so hopefully we will have decent water for the 3rd annual...yep, 3rd Annual Great Southeastern Epic Roundup. I can actually tow my boat now so I don't have to hog the event anymore! Of course, someone (Bill) will have to re-teach me how to use the trailer...

Yes Sir, thats it, count em' 5 yea 5 Epics in one place;  Hector, Pete, Lesman, Wreck and Breakawaydaze!

It was a great time from what I remember!  I spent several hours in the dark navigating Lake Hartwell with Pete and Wreck, (refreshments provided by Pete, kind of a "jug" theroy) did not get home until 2:00 am and back at it the next day!  Mostly rainy the next day, but managed to stay hydrated and refreshed waiting for smooth water, got to see my old boat, well taken care of, which is a great feeling!  A real good time, looking forward to the next one.  We need to break the record, who will be the 6th??

Cyclone and Breakaway convinced the restaurant staff that they had placed the "Closed" sign on the front door too early and that they didn't really want to  go home - cold beer and the remnants of Friday night's Low Country Boil served by friendly folks.

First lesson learned - always catch a Low Country Boil toward the end!

Second lesson learned - the light from a cell phone can actually light a tree lined path back to the boat!

Oh yeah, watching Pete navigate said path full of roots and gravel in bare feet - priceless!!

It was nice in the south this weekend got 3 runs in Sunday and monday like Pete said that global warming thing it works for me
