I found heater cores for our old Heater Craft 300-H 3-outlet boxes for $89, free shipping:

Installed it and it works fine - just needed minor trimming of the bracket around the tubes.
 
They are made by Maradyne Marine for their heaters which are the same design as the old Heatercraft boxes. I read on another forum that Maradyne and Heatercraft were owned by the same parent company at one time (not confirmed).

I bought a Westland mooring cover for my SX 22. It was identical to the original in terms of fit, material and construction. It has vents, which the original did not.
