2001 Epic 22 with tower

I will be offering my 2001 Epic direct drive for sale.   Under 300 hours, always garaged.  Vinyl in very good shape.  New fuel pump 2016, new timing belt and water pump in 2021, new tires, teak Dec, white with red striping.
Has a tower and racks that I have not seen on other boats, but the build sheet shows it came with a tower from the factory.  Not sure what to price it at. Photos attached.  $13,500  Steve 903-241-6072, Texas.

The boat has been sold to a young couple in Wisconsin.  He had done a lot of research and was sold on the Toyota Boat.  You guys have taken care of me for years and I hope you do the same for him.  I am now 68 and moving on to my old outboard, which I bought in 1972, and it has great sentimental value.  The buyer is easily 30 years my junior, so he will be a good addition to this site.
