Boat Cover
« on: December 02, 2018, 22:49:22 pm »
I'm in need of a new cover for my 2001 Epic 22.
Was wondering if anyone could suggest a manufacturer/website.

Thanks!
Gary

I bought a westland cover for my 1999 E22. It fits pretty well, and it's made of the same color sunbrella as the factory cover.  I added two poles/cover vents since it rains so much where I live.

I second the westland cover, fits perfectly and is like OEM with extra reinforcements and vents. You can order different colors, I went with stock grey.

Mine was a tower up, would recommend that cover. I don't think anyone is repopping the tower down cover but it might be available on the parts page. Generally, stuff is really cheap on the parts page, bilge pumps, etc all wired for plug in and cheaper than West Marine. Same part, but cheaper from the web page. The dollar has decreased in value almost 50% since the boats were made, parts are still cheap from the web page and are of superior manufacture from current CHINESE manufacture of new parts. Even if they have been on the shelf for 20 years, they are better parts. An they are usually terminated with Packard connectors, plug and play

I recommend Westland for a non trailering cover or an Evolution for a trailer capable cover, if dude will make you one. I have an old Rankin cover I would send him as a pattern.
