Not sure if all the shafts are the same but mine has a keyway and a nut inside the coupler. You'll have to completely remove the coupler to replace your bellows. I would not be surprised if you need a puller as the shaft end is likely tapered. This is the one nice thing about the regular packing, it's serviceable with the shaft in place.
