Help! Trailers bearing destroyed

Guys I have a problem. I’m stuck in Kentucky 5 hours away from home  with a blown out tire and wheel bearings. Does anyone  know what the part numbers are for the bearings. I have a 6 lug single axle trailer. Thanks

Found the one bearing just before the parts store closed last night and put back togather. Thank you for the response!
