7000+ feet boating and power issue

Do I need to change the prop on my 2000 X22 (running at 7000+ feet)?
Boat starts, runs, and sounds fine but after being warmed up, if I mash on the throttle, it really doesn't do much from half way to full way (throttle).

Also, any recommendations on marine shop for maintenance in Orange County / Inland Empire Area (California)?

Yes you need to drop the pitch by 2 inch's. The other issue is the Throttle body may be bad. Does it idle at 1100- 1300 rpm?
Run it w/o ballast and with what is max rpm?

Starts and idles but almost a little low on the rpm's.  No Ballast and max out at about 5k rpm.  Throttle body or throttle body sensor?

Also, what prop.  The spreadsheet shows 3 available.  Is the prop marked?  Boat is not with me right now (at vacation home)
