So I notice one of my tank levels seems to be stuck at 50%. So I pull the sender and ohm it out, its supposed to be 0 ohms or so at full and 250 or so when empty, according to reading on other tank. It only goes to 125 ohms, so its bad. The float wasn't waterlogged or anything.
I ordered and received the new one from the parts tab here on the site. 60$ shipped, I priced it elsewhere, it was 20$ more and the likelihood I would receive the right part is questionable. Its a common sending unit but there are a million different types.
The right part from the site was on my doorstep in three days, its connectorized and came with a new gasket in the factory Toyota package.
