I am revving out at 5600rpm and only doing 41 mph.  I'm running a four blade 13x13 prop.  Any suggestions? Alf

Take a look in the forum at old 'prop' posts. There is a lot of input to increase top speed or get a better hole shot.

The engine is designed to turn to 6000 rpm. so it should  reach at least 5700 rpm at loaded W.O.T..

Alf,
It really depends on what you are looking for, more hole shot or more top end speed, sadly you can't have both but you can typically find a happy medium.

I will check mine, I am 99% sure it's a 13x13 3 blade and I am very happy with it...will run around 47-48mph @ 5700rpm with a decent hole shot. I do know my prop has had some cupping work done to it. At 4000rpm the boat runs 35mph on the spot..Easy to set speedo with the tach.

I have never pushed the motor to 6K as Rick mentioned as I am happy running with it just running 45mph (just fast enough to stay I'm front of a storm rolling in)...and most of the time don't go much over 35mph to conserve fuel and to keep from having to listen to my wife complain that I am going too fast.

i changed my prop to the acme from the stock oj prop.  immediately had a better hole shot.  and went from 5500 rpm topped out to 6000.  never checked the MPH difference at top end but i wanted less effort getting out of the water.  big difference and so worth the acme prop.
