Thermostat part number needed?

Hi Folks, if anyone has a generic part number for a 160 degree (Stock) thermostat I could use it please.  I am in Canada but should be able to find a dealer for anything.

Also does anyone have a few other numbers for the water pump impeller?  I have a Mastercraft dealer and a Centurion dealer right down the street but don't have a cross reference for the number.  The Johnson/Indmar number on the Maintenance instruction was not good at either dealer.

I am also the guy who has a heat problem!  I noticed that the bolts that hold the water pump in have never been touched!  The boat is 8 years old and has 144hrs.  Something tells me I will solve the heat issue if I change that impeller!!!

The thermostat is probably fine if you think the thing still has the original impeller.  The cars run hotter so you might have to get the one from captain rick / TMS parts?  Maybe a search would help too - as I think this came up before.

I'm shocked they didn't know what impeller you needed as a huge majority of inboards use this mercruiser water pump.

The impeller is a Johnson #09-812B or just 812B - tell them it is for an Indmar engine.

Just take whatever impeller the Mastercraft dealer has for chevy engines.  I bet it will be the right one - I bet the box will have both the Mastercraft part # and the Johnson one - they were just to lazy to check since you didn't walk in with the part # for their make.
