Paypal fees

Effective  Oct 2019. Payment made by Paypal  and the fees of  up to 3.5 % cannot be refunded. So please email me the parts you are ordering to confirm availability. and shipping cost.
The best way is to send as a friend the amount  this way there are no fees charged.
