Epic for Sale Anywhere east of Mississippi?

Good Morning, now is the time we start seeing people putting their boats on the market.  Anyone have an Epic open bow they may be interested or planning to sell?  I took my sister out on my boat last weekend and her and her husband had a great time.  Now, they have an itch to potentially buy a boat.  I am of course promoting our boats given the reliability, efficiency, and overall satisfaction I have had with mine the last 2 years.  Looking for something with lower hours and location probably needs to be east of the Mississippi as we live in Ohio.

there's an Epic 21 on the classifieds page that is in NC. They are large boats for a closed bow, very nice handling and wake. It's cheap and sounds like it needs the normal updates (perfect pass, new seat bottom covers, etc. )
