Engine Won't Start

I have an Epic 22 with an engine that won't start.  What happens is that the engine will turn over just fine (which indicates a good battery), but it won't start.  It's as if no fuel is getting fed to it.

Another symptom is that the instrument panel is dead.


Does anyone have any suggestions to try?

check the lanyard .
Put voltmeter on on back of lanyard both sides.

Thank you Capt Rick!  That did the trick!  It had fallen off and I hadn't noticed.
