Alternatives to flushing the engine from underneath

I will have my boat in salt water so I will be flushing it with water/salt-away often. 
What I have now is the plunger style that involves me crawling under the boat to hook it up.
Is there a solution like installing a valve in the engine bay or something that I could try?
