If it isn't in the parts portion of the site cp performance appears to stock the cap that was used on the boats.  https://www.cpperformance.com/p-384-2-billet-flip-lid-fuel-fill.aspx

It does appear to be missing the retainer chain/wire, not sure if that can be added.
