I've got a brand new sunbrella swim deck cover that I believe is designed for teak platforms. It includes a snap kit that can be mounted to your teak deck if they are not already present. It is manufactured by Westland specifically for our Toyota Epics.
If anyone would like any specific measurements to ensure it will fit their swim deck, please let me know.
