Ok folks....here is my problem.

I just took the boat out for the first time since I winterized in October (86 degrees in Tx). After about 10 minutes the boat started to surge pretty bad. I filled the tank up to full w/ super before I stored but I didn't "stabil" it. Also, I didn't change the fuel/water separator yet (but have the new one ready to go). Anyways, I stopped the boat and opened up the engine hood and was caught off-gaurd by what I found. Water all over my engine! I decided to start the boat with the hood open to see if I could figure out where the water was coming from. I found it allright. The "water outlet" ( the piece that looks like an upside down "Y") that has a hose that goes to each of the manifolds, had a hole the size of a pencil through it. Water would spray out all over the place. This is the same piece, that if removed, the thermostat is behind. I decided to patch the hole with some misc materials and drive back to the dock. Engine instruments remained normal, but boat would still surge ocassionally. (Temp 163, Oil Pres normal 80+, batt volt good). Now I need to order that little housing piece but our TMS Parts list only allows for you to see the part #. You can't add it to the basket to buy. Anybody know how I can buy this piece. Also, do you think the surging is related?? Thanks. Clint.
