diy Shower install questions

I was wondering if you need a pump for a shower install. I was going to use a exterior rv shower box it is very simillar and cheap. When the engine is running is there water presure on the hot and cold??

My shower has a pump on it with a switch to turn it on with all my other switches.  Don't know where the pump is as I have only had it on a couple of times when we were boat camping for 12days.  It was nice hot water that you could regulate.

As I recall, my shower pump is mounted in the trunk on the front side of the port gas tank divider (E21). If you remove the screw at the base, the divider slides out and you can see it all.
